The Office of Communications and Marketing offers custom photography, headshots, and a library of university stock photography to meet the needs of university offices.
Our university photographer can get you the shot you need, whether it is documenting an event, a dramatic portrait, or a custom photo shoot. Most of these services are provided at a competitively priced fee. View our photography rate card.
Faculty and staff who need access to photographs for official university business may request access to our photography database. Thousands of university photographs are available to use free of charge by official university colleges, departments, and units.Request an Account
Just need a simple iconic shot for a presentation or some other use? We have a small collection available for download and use without creating an account and searching through thousands of photographs.
Note: We do not provide free headshots for students. Departments and offices who wish to have headshots of their undergraduate/graduate students and/or student workers may request the service and will be charged at the current rate.

Photography Rate Card
Events and custom shoots: The standard rate for photography is $125/hour with a one hour minimum. Work performed outside of the normal workday (M–F 8–5:00) is billed at a rate of 1½ times the standard. Billable time includes setting up and post-production work. Please allow five business days to receive your photos. If you need your photos the next day, please let the photographer know ahead of time.
Faculty/staff headshots: Free, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:15–10:15 a.m. in our studio.
Student headshots: $50 each if charged to a university account. $50 each plus tax if the student is paying with check or cash. If paying in cash, the exact amount ($54.62) is required as our office has no cash on hand to make change.
Archival Research: $25/hour.
