Joe Pecor is the digital and field marketing specialist for the University of Tennessee School of Information Sciences and has more than a decade of experience in digital marketing management. His skills include web development, graphic design, and digital advertising tactics, as well as integrated marketing strategy, execution, and analysis. He earned his undergraduate degree in communication from the University of North Florida in 2010 and is a current master’s student in the UT Communication and Information: Strategic and Digital Communication Concentration.

Rebekah Winkler

Rebekah Winkler
Social Media Manager

Rebekah Winkler has been with UT’s Office of Communications and Marketing for 13 years and has led the university’s social media efforts since 2010. In addition to driving the day-to-day organic engagement and content strategy of the UT Knoxville social channels, she serves as a resource to social media communicators across campus and is a leader in higher education social engagement. She has an English degree from Carson-Newman University and several social media certifications. Without a doubt she has the best job on campus.
