Please enter all requested information that pertains to your project in the form below. We cannot accept incomplete requests. Work will begin on the date we receive all content from you (photos, text, etc.). This is a critical step and will determine your actual delivery date.
If your requested delivery date cannot be met once we have received all your content, we will advise you of the soonest date we can deliver. You can then choose to either revise your schedule or use an alternate production source.
If your request is simply the reprint of an existing piece, with no changes whatsoever, do not submit this form. Instead, contact UT Graphic Arts Services at 974-4416. Provide them with the approximate date of the previous printing, the “publication number,” and a printed sample for reference.
